These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EZ Truck Parking ([EZ Truck Parking / confirm legal entity name], “EZ Truck Parking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of this website and any reservation or waitlist request you make through it. Please read them before you book.

Accepting these terms

By using this website, reserving a spot, or joining a waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

EZ Truck Parking is an owner-operated truck and trailer parking business in Florida. You book direct with the yard that owns the lot — there is no marketplace in the middle and no markup added on top. Our Winter Haven yard (500 Ave R SW, Winter Haven, FL 33880) and our Jacksonville yard (1479 Airport Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218) are both open and bookable.

Bookings and reservations

  • When you reserve, give us accurate details — your name, phone, email, dates, and vehicle type — so we can hold your spot and reach you.
  • A reservation is a request to hold a parking space for the dates and rate you select. Spaces are subject to availability, and we will confirm your spot with you.
  • Parking is for the vehicle and use you describe when booking. Oversized, unusual, or hazardous loads may need a call first — reach us at (407) 756-6265.
  • You must hold a valid license and any registration or insurance required to operate and park your vehicle.

Rates, no deposit, and payment at the yard

  • Winter Haven rates are $15/day, $55/week, or $140/month. There is no deposit and no hidden or booking fees.
  • Payment for reservations is collected securely online at the time of booking (processed by Stripe) at the rate you selected. No deposit beyond the selected rate is charged, and there are no additional booking fees.
  • Rates and availability can change, and posted rates apply at the time of parking.

Cancellations and changes

Because there is no deposit and no online payment, you can cancel or change a reservation you no longer need — just let us know as early as you can by calling (407) 756-6265 so we can free the space for another driver. We may cancel or adjust a reservation if a lot is full, closed, or unavailable, or if these Terms are not followed; if we do, you owe nothing for the canceled reservation.

Waitlists

If a location is listed as coming soon, joining its waitlist is free and is not a booking or a promise of a space. It simply lets us contact you first with the opening date and rates.

Your conduct at the yard

While on the property you agree to:

  • Follow posted rules, signs, speed limits and staff instructions;
  • Park only in your assigned or permitted area and keep the aisles and gate clear;
  • Not sublet your space, and not let unauthorized people or vehicles onto the lot;
  • Not store hazardous, illegal, abandoned, or leaking materials, and not dump waste; and
  • Be responsible for your own vehicle, trailer, cargo and belongings.

We may refuse entry or ask a vehicle to leave for safety, non-payment, or breaking these Terms.

Park at your own risk — limitation of liability

You park at your own risk. EZ Truck Parking rents parking space only. We are not a garageman, bailee, or warehouse, and we do not take custody or control of your vehicle, trailer, cargo, or any property you leave on the lot. Security features such as fencing, lighting, cameras and gate access are provided to help deter problems but are not a guarantee of safety, and we do not promise to watch or protect your property.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EZ Truck Parking, its owners, staff and affiliates are not liable for loss of or damage to any vehicle, trailer, cargo or property, or for theft, vandalism, fire, weather, acts of others, or personal injury, whether or not caused by our negligence, except where liability cannot be waived under law. You are responsible for locking your vehicle and carrying your own insurance. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under Florida law.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse us for, any claims, damages or costs arising from your use of the property or your vehicle, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

Website use

Use this site only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its operation or security. The site, its content, and the EZ Truck Parking name and marks are ours or our licensors' and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not responsible for third-party services it links to, such as online maps.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and the updated Terms apply to use of the site and bookings after that date. Please check back so you know the current terms.
