EZ is owned and operated by one person: Rohit Gandhy. He owns both yards — Winter Haven and Jacksonville — and runs them himself.

That changes how everything works. When you book, your money goes to the yard, not to a booking platform taking a cut. When something comes up, you deal with the person who can actually fix it. And when we say no deposit and no hidden fees, that's a decision the owner made — not a policy buried in someone else's terms.

Winter Haven came first: about 3 secured acres with an automatic gate and an on-site truck scale. Jacksonville followed: 7 fenced acres, a half mile off I-95, next to Jacksonville International Airport — with showers, bathrooms, an automatic gate, a washer & dryer, and vending machines being added right now.
