We keep it plain: you deal direct with the yard, and we only ask for what we need to get you parked.

What we collect

When you book a spot, join a waitlist, or contact us through this site, we collect the information you give us, which may include:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
• Booking and waitlist details — the lot you choose, your rate (day, week or month), start date, vehicle type, number of trucks, and any notes you send us.
• Messages — anything you tell us when you call or email, so we can help you.

We may also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your device and browser type, general location, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar tools (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and are never stored on our servers. There is no deposit beyond the rate you select.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Confirm and manage your reservation, or add you to a location waitlist and contact you when that lot opens;
• Reach out about your booking, answer your questions, and provide customer support;
• Tell you about your spot, opening dates, and rates at the lots you asked about;
• Operate, maintain, secure and improve the website; and
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to or where the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the business, including with:

• Service providers who help us operate the site and our bookings — for example website hosting, form handling, and analytics — and who are only allowed to use the information to do that work for us;
• Legal and safety reasons — if we are required to by law, a subpoena, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our staff, or the public; and
• A business transfer — if the business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that deal.

This site is meant for commercial drivers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other services, such as online maps for directions to a yard. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties — please review their policies.
